We have been manufacturing high quality syringes and we have earned a reputation for quality and innovation. Our main focus has always been “Advanced Technology through continuous research and development”_• All of efforts are directed toward brining high value-added products to the market. YF is also attempting to provide the top quality control and state of the art manufacturing process to stay ahead in this rapid changing medical device industry.

In order to manufacture top quality syringes, we built state of the art manufacturing facility under the guidance of GMP standards. The whole processing area is processed through EPOXY. All of the manufacturing equipments such as automatic material dehumidify and conveying system, injection molding machine, sterilization, and even packaging equipment…etc. are imported from United States and Europe.

YF is committed to quality and has implemented a Total Quality Program. For our design phase, our R&D department goes through an intense design review and simulation process. For our manufacturing phase, the product are being manufactured in class 10,000and 100,000 clean rooms, then go through rigorous tests in our production line. Our Quality Control program includes: Incoming Quality Control, In-process Quality Control , Reliability Testing, and Environmental Testing. In keeping enterprise and fulfilling the social responsibility of an enterprise, YF attempts to minimize any likely impacts that the plant's production activities may have towards environment. Thus, YF has setup environmental and occupational Health and Safety Policies to protect our living environment.
